There is no minimum order level with us. The greater levels you sell at, the greater handling/postage discounts we can offer you!
No we don’t tie you into a contract for a fixed term. We offer a pay as you go service.
There are no set up fees charged by Roada. Some of our competitors charge a fee to receive your items as well as a monthly storage fee. We only charge postage and handling! (subject to terms and conditions)

Yes most of our customers sell on these platforms and our software is fully integrated with their Ebay and Amazon seller accounts. We can also integrate with any other selling platform so give us a call!
Once you get a sale you can then log in on our OMS System. This will show all your orders DIRECTLY from your seller platform, for eg. Ebay. You then confirm to us, using the OMS system, which of your orders you want processed and that's it. Once we receive this information we then pick and pack your order, correctly label it and despatch it to our couriers. You can then track this online.
We are capable of holding almost 1,000 pallets. So we have plenty of room for whatever you may need stocked.
Our premises are 100% safe and secure. 24/7 fully alarmed with CCTV and metal detector deterrents in place.
If your goods are in the UK they can be shipped to us by any courier in the form of containers, parcels or pallets. Alternatively customers are more than welcome to come by and drop off their items to our warehouse. If your goods are in China you can arrange the freight and ship to us directly here in the UK. We also provide import freight and custom clearance service if required.
Yes, we can cover the whole of Europe with a variety of shipping options for each location.

We pride ourselves on our fast dispatch of items. Most orders are dispatched the same day with a variety of delivery suppliers.
Absolutely not. We give you the option to select your preferred supplier if you would like, or let our innovative Smart Postage Selector feature select the cheapest and most appropriate one for your items.
Yes we also handle any returns you may have. Customers can return your items direct to us (as long as they have a RMA from yourselves ) and we then log all the information on the OMS System for you to deal with. We can then check or repack/exchange the item based on your requirements. We do not deal with any issuing of refunds as that is done by yourselves.
